  • 0.5 oz Orange Honey Blossom Syrup (3 parts honey to 1 part water)
  • 0.75 oz Lemon
  • 1 Egg White
  • Toasted Almond Garnish

SCSW American Pastoral Craft Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz California Gin
  • 0.75 oz RinQuinQuin a la Peche infused with a Fennel Seed
  • 0.5 oz Orange Honey Blossom Syrup (3 parts honey to 1 part water)
  • 0.75 oz Lemon
  • 1 Egg White
  • Toasted Almond Garnish

Preparation:

Add all ingredients to shaker.

Shake for 20-30 seconds without ice.

Add ice to shaker and shake for an additional 10 seconds.

Double strain into chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with toasted almonds.
